The health and safety of our doctor, patients and employees will remain our top priority.
As of March 12, 2022, all healthcare facilities is still requiring to wear mask.
Appointments:
Patients with appointments may enter the office with 1 person (parent, grandparent, caregiver or interpreter) to accompany him/her during their visit. We will still be limiting on how many people can come in due to limited seating. Once you arrive to your appointment, you will check in at the front desk & be seated until the tech is ready to take you back. If you are sick or have a fever, please do not come in, we will be happy to reschedule you for another day and time.
Scheduling:
We are booked out quite a ways right now. If you have an appointment already schedule & need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know within 48 hours prior to your appointment. Also, we do have a LATE POLICY, so if you are more that 5 minutes late for your appointment we’ll have to reschedule you for another day/time.
Facemasks:
Due to CDC, OPW, & local/state regulations, facemasks are still mandated in healthcare facilities. We require that everyone that enters our office need to wear a face covering during their visit with us. It is recommended that you bring your own.
Ordering Glasses/Contacts:
If you want to order glasses or contacts, you will need an appointment to do so. For contact orders (previous patients) can order over the phone. If you have an outside prescription, please bring that with you along with your insurance cards so we can scan that into your file. We do require ID to browse our frames if you don’t have an appointment.
We are looking forward to seeing you all again.
