We Are Open!
For the safety of our patients, the following safety measures are in place:
RESTRICTIONS: To maintain the social distancing guidelines that have been proven the spread of COVID-19, we have limited the number of people entering our office. Each patient is allowed to come in with one other family member if child is under 10 years old, need interpreter and/or caregiver. They must follow guidelines for staying in the exam room, wearing masks & physical distancing.
SCHEDULING: If you need to schedule an appointment with us, please call or text to do so. Please do not come in to schedule your appointment due to our office limiting people coming in.
ARRIVING TO APPOINTMENT: When you arrive to your appointment, please remain in your vehicle & call/text that you are here. Our staff will check you in & will let you know when you can come in to the office.
SCREENING: As you come in to our office, staff will be taking your temperature & asking screening questions. If there is any signs of illness, we will not see you and have to reschedule you for different day.
MASKS: Everyone that will be coming in to our office will require to wear a mask at ALL TIMES. NO MASK, NO COME IN!!!
RECEPTION/OPTICAL: Plexiglass shields are in place at the front desk, exam room & optical areas to ensure your safety. Our seating capacity will be limited to align with social distancing guidelines. If you are planning to order glasses, we will give you a tray so you can put the glasses that you tried on, that way we can get it sanitized when you are done.
PRETEST/EXAM ROOMS: All rooms are sanitized before and after your appointment. There are signs outside of the rooms to let you & staff know that it needs to be sanitized or it is ready to go.
STRICT GUIDELINES FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING: We have signage & instructions for social distancing at areas within our office. Please keep physical distance of at least 6 feet.
DAILY SCREENING FOR STAFF: We are screening all of our staff upon entry for signs of illnesses. If an employee is found to have any signs of illness, they are sent home & asked to follow our standard work restriction policy as it applies to them.
DISPENSING GLASSES/CONTACTS: If you are coming to pick up glasses or contacts, please remain in your vehicle & call/text that you are here and one of our staff will meet you outside to dispense it to you.
RESTROOMS: Due to keeping our patients/family members safe, our restrooms is limited to PATIENTS ONLY, it’s not open to the public. If you need to use the restroom please let our staff know so you will be shown back. Please CLEAN up after yourself & WASH YOUR HANDS!!! Our restroom is sanitized before & after use.
